The evening for the shoot, the weather was perfection. I just knew that the fates were with us as we ventured through Harper’s Ferry, West Virginia. This is one of my favorite locations to shoot. It presents some difficulties, like the need for a permit, which isn’t fun, but fortunately, the National Park Service is quite easy to work with and it’s always better to be safe than sorry
This family came as a referral from one of my clients last year. It was pleasure to spend time together running, laughing, climbing rock formations, looking for the geese in the river, and enjoying the sunshine of the twilight hour. I really enjoyed this session.
I hope I get to work with more families like this in the near future. It really makes me feel like my job is no job at all![]()
