Happy Friday everyone! Sometimes it’s so hard to put together a blog post for a wedding. It’s not the process itself, but rather the selecting of the images themselves. Amanda and Brian’s November wedding was beautiful and narrowing down the images for this blog post was really hard to do!
Amanda and Brian both went to Notre Dame University and that’s where their mutual admiration began. Just listening to their toasts during the reception made me wish I was at college with them. Their fun creative dates throughout campus, including nerf gun fights, led me to believe this couple was definitely after my own heart. Amanda took a nod from history and just like her parents, got married at St. Matthews Cathedral and her reception was held at The Willard Hotel in D.C. Laura Williams from Loda Floral Design accented the affair with her gorgeous floral arrangements. Laura always does such a fabulous job. The staff at The Willard were so courteous, professional, and excellent to work with. Amanda and Brian had such a great team to pull off their wedding day. One of Amanda’s bridesmaids is a professional opera singer. She was incredible!
We had about 20 minutes to take their portraits and despite the time schedule, we got some beauties!
