When Tram first called me to talk about her wedding, she started to explain to me that she would be having a traditional Vietnamese ceremony.\u00a0 I was very intrigued and it brought back fond memories of\u00a0 my own experience with the Vietnamese culture.\u00a0 Growing up I had a piano teacher, also named Tram, and her family had come over to the U.S. not long after the Vietnam war.\u00a0 Her entire family was so happy to have me in their home.\u00a0 They would always cook traditional cuisine and share it with me.\u00a0 They even invited me to Vietnamese New Year a couple of times.\u00a0 Their food was delicious, but what was more eye opening was the warmth of their culture.\u00a0 They are just a warmhearted, generous, and kind people.<\/p>\n

Needless to say I was elated that I was asked to photograph Tram and Andy’s wedding.\u00a0 They are such a sweet couple and I am so happy for them.\u00a0 I can’t wait to be part of their celebration!<\/p>\n

This couple will be featured quite a bit as this is the first in a series of shoots we will be doing together.\u00a0 Enjoy!<\/p>\n
