Okay so you may have noticed I have slowed down on my blogging. It’s just that time of year when clients need photos and products ASAP and that means everything else has to wait. Now that things are winding down for Christmas, I have some time to blog some of my recent work.
This babe was such a good poser and a really good baby. I showed up to the session and the parents informed me that if she wasn’t eating, she wasn’t sleeping. Sound familiar to any of you new parents out there.? Listening to them recount the sleepless nights, frequent feeds, and no burping, it totally brought it back when my first child was born. She was the same way. So we spent the next few hours photographing and talking about all the baby tricks I learned through having my children. It just made me realize how much I didn’t know when I first had a baby and how much I really could have used an owners manual with each of my kids.
I was very impressed that these two parents are taking everything in stride and are so patient and good with their new little one. She was a delight and I enjoyed spending time with this family. I left the session feeling like we were old friends and that’s just how I like it 🙂

Wow! I follow you on Facebook and love your photography. This particular session is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Seriously the “awwwwww” factor is off the charts! She is so precious and the picture with the bunny ears is the cutest thing I’ve seen. The picture where she is in her dad’s arms just makes me want to have a baby so I can see my baby in my husband’s arms. Beautiful work!

Oh my word . . . as if I was not ALREADY baby hungry I AM NOW!!! That hair – oh, it reminds me of Miss K. I love the position of baby in the arms of the parent! Crystal clear and timeless as always! Stunning models and work again Sis! Now I REALLY want another child!
